KING'S LYNN CONSERVANCY BOARD. Notice to Mariners No. 05/2010 East Coast of England - The Wash Approaches to King's Lynn Palm Paper Outfall Works. Mariners are advised that modification works are due to commence on the Palm Paper outfall from the East Bank into the river Great Ouse 0.5 miles south of the A47 Road Bridge. The existing outfall is marked by a lit red beacon FlR 5s in position 52° 43.998 'N 000° 22.654' E A barge and safety boat will be in attendance from 1st March 2010 until approximately 8th March 2010. The Barge will be illuminated at night with yellow flashing lights. The safety boat will monitor VHF channel 14 call sign "DRAKE TOWAGE" Mariners are requested to proceed with caution, keep clear of the area and pass at slow speed. 11th February 2010. J. Lorking.
